Our organization has grown from a few hundred subscribers to nearly 50,000 in just two years. Keeping it organized and evolving a leadership structure has its challenges. This post presents two documents that are useful references for network Administrators. The first is a map showing the counties in Pennsylvania and grouping them is six regions. The basic grassroots element of our network is the county group.
The state is divided into six administrative regions geographically. In addition there are Three clusters of counties within those regions that have a name and shared leadership: NEPA, Northern Tier, and Susquehanna Valley. Regional Administrators can create “collections” of two or more counties and give them a name as needed.
Correction: Lawrence County is now part of the North West Region.
