Coaching and Tech Support
As an activist volunteer, you are probably adding your work on the fair districting issue to an already busy life. We are volunteers too, and we know how demanding the work is sometimes. You just want to get the task at hand done, and get back to your life. Taking the time to watch training videos, read help blurbs, and learn by trial and error is frustrating.
We’ve been there and done that. Action Network has excellent training materials and they have done a great job of making their very powerful tools easy to learn and use. But it’s a whole lot easier if you have someone coaching you — especially the first few times.
In addition, we know how to integrate other resources into the flow so that you get good results on your first project.
Typically we make an appointment at a mutually convenient time. You are at home in front of your computer and on the phone with one of us. You go through the steps with us pointing the way and occasionally taking over and actually doing the typing and keyclicks so you learn by seeing and doing. It’s that simple.
When we run into something we can’t solve, we do the homework and get back to you. We are volunteers too, and we get our satisfaction from knowing that our time with you will be multiplied many times as you become more efficient and effective in organizing.
