To reach all the constituents of any given legislator you must now include two selection criteria, not just the Action Network dropdown choice for legislators. This is because we have a large number of people who signed up at their polling place and did not give a postal address.
Although AN can’t determine the districts for these activists, we can infer what it is knowing the polling place and be right most of the time. The document below tell you how to access the inferred information when targeting emails and reports.
Subscribers can’t be identified as constituents by AN unless the address information they submit is complete enough to place them on the district map. If you can work with an imperfect selection, use zip codes that lie at least partly in the district.
