There are color coded icons that are used with the subscriber status that are important to understanding why a person was unsubscribed.
- A yellow “X” means there was a spam complaint or a bounced email that caused the person to be unsubscribed.
- A red “X” means that the person chose to unsubscribe by clicking “unsubscribe.”
- A green checkmark means the person is subscribed.
